The North Simcoe Muskoka Specialized Geriatric Services Pharmacy Community of Practice in conjunction with GeriMedRisk presents: A Focus on Geriatric Pharmacotherapy

This session will be of interest to pharmacists whose practice involves older adults, as well as physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs and other team members with an interest in medication management of older adults.
