The successful candidate will support older adults and their care partners living with cognitive impairment and responsive behaviours in community-based settings.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in knowledge-based practice, development of standards, processes, quality initiatives and programming to enhance quality care for older adults and their caregivers.

The successful candidate will provide assessment and consultative services for clients experiencing behavioural challenges related to mental health and/or cognitive impairment.
