A key strategic priority of the SGS program is to develop health system capacity; specifically providing the knowledge and tools needed to optimize health outcomes.  Our mandate includes the provision of education and mentorship to health care providers and/or staff supporting older adults living with or experiencing complex health conditions / frailty.
