Community Support Worker

The purpose of the position is to provide::

• expertise and guidance through observation
• person-centred strategy development and implementation
• coaching and mentoring for those experiencing behavioural expressions
• assisting with the implementation of care plan interventions.

This is a regional program serving all of North Simcoe Muskoka. Each CSW is assigned a primary region; however, may be required to work in other NSM regions based on client and program needs.
