For the first year of this position, the incumbent will lead the roll-out of a key project across the region in collaboration with partners focused on:
- The planning, implementation and evaluation of a program to advance early identification of key geriatric syndromes (including delirium and dementia) in sectors and organizations across the region; and,
- Time permitting, a program to support older adults and care partners related to future planning and emergency preparedness.
